Used to flood an area with the foreground or background color. The area for flooding must be completely surrounded by pixels of the opposite color (an area of background must be surrounded by foreground pixels). Otherwise, the flood will leak out and fill the entire raster. The Flood tool works only when there is one raster selected; it does not support multiple selections.

The Flood tool works only on binary raster files.
